    Anyone with an interest in human thinking and behaviour for personal development. Individuals wanting to positively master life's setbacks and disappointments by developing resilience skills. Individuals who put a priority on self-care and want to keep enhancing their health and wellbeing. Anyone who wants to improve their people skills and live a richer, fuller and more purposeful life.

  • 2. What are the requirements?

    A keen interest in wanting to learn resilience skills and strategies is the main requirement. Prior knowledge of course related theory, concepts or models is not necessary. Maintaining a journal and taking notes is recommended ― no other specific materials are required. You may be asked to reflect on certain topics and consider how it makes you think and feel. You’ll be invited at different points in the course to do some exercises or quizzes to assist your learning. Course registrants must be over 18 years of age.

    Expect to learn how mental health resilience skills are a key to living your Best Life. Expect to learn about different Mindsets and how they impact your life outcomes. Expect to learn about the mind-body connection and how to enhance wellbeing. Expect to learn about values, beliefs, traits, goals, meaning and how to live life On-Purpose.     The course consists of lecture notes, videos, interactive quizzes and exercises. The course spans 6 weeks and students have continuing access for the active life of the program. Course materials are delivered online daily (5 days per week).

    As a general guide, a minimum of 2 hours study per week is recommended. An important consideration is everyone’s aptitude and learning style is different. The course is self-paced which does allow you to decide what works best for you. Like most things in life, outcomes are usually proportionate to the effort we’re prepared to put in.

  • 9. What is the Course Creator’s expertise?

    Rohan Watson is an Australian Registered Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Mental Health Researcher. Rohan holds qualifications in Psychology, Counselling and Education from Monash University and USQ. He is currently researching a Master’s thesis focusing on early intervention workplace wellbeing. He has facilitated and delivered mental health programs throughout rural and remote Australia. Owns a private counselling and coaching practice providing services via face-to-face, phone and video. Conducts counselling for a not-for-profit organisation that cares for persons with cancer and their families. Delivers professional psychotherapy to employees at all levels nationally through EAP based services.
